PT ADVERTISE BANNER
Plugintutor (PT) accepts advertising on the PT Website from third parties (“Advertisers”), which may include third party banners, badges, contextual advertising and content created or provided by an Advertiser, website or blog owner.
There are certain categories of Advertisements that PT will not knowingly permit on the PT Network at any time. These categories include but are not limited to the following:
- Products deemed illegal, ‘objectionable’, ‘ineffective’, or ‘dangerous’ (PT reserves the right to determine what is ‘objectionable’, ‘ineffective’, or ‘dangerous’)
- False, misleading, deceptive, or illicit material
- Misrepresentations, ridicule, discrimination (real or implied), or vilification of any individual or group are not permitted on the PT website; this includes material that attacks an individual or group on the basis of age, nationality, race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, marital status, disability, or any other status deemed inappropriate.
- Intoxication.
- Involving fireworks, firearms, ammunition, or weapons.
- Gambling
- Involving pornography or similar themes.
- Using any form of tobacco.
- A situation in which news is being broadcast or an emergency is being simulated
- Direct marketing to or targeting of children under 13
- Media or messages promoting or referencing “M” rated video games or content
- Which makes outrageous claims about their products or services
- In a stroboscopic or flashing manner
- Messages containing unfounded “miracle” weight-loss claims or other exaggerated claims of cures
