Tempo (time-stretch): Changes the sound to play at a faster or slower speed than the original, without affecting the sound pitch. Here without affecting the sound pitch means the pitch of the signal is intact while changing its speed (tempo).

TimeStretch has three parameters –
- tempo (You need to adjust the speed of sample without effecting pitch)
- pitch (You need to adjust the speed of sample without effecting the tempo)
- sample rate (You need to change the sample rate that effect both tempo and pitch)
